four year

it was my four year anniversary with my beautiful boyfriend last friday and he bought me the most incredible marc jacobs watch. i am over the moon and when i'm not wearing it, i'm blissfully gazing at it. we had a great dinner at hurricanes, dessert at gelato messina and a few drinks with friends in surry hills to end a wonderful day.

he's a truly special person and i'm eternally grateful to have experienced his love & support everyday for the past four years.

life!

a few snippets of my life lately via instagram. i've been on uni holidays for the past week and thankfully we've had a fair few days of beautiful sun, so i've been spending all some of my time by the pool with my puppy by my side, drinking smoothies and reading my favourite mags (famous & cosmo). i've also been eating clean because i have had the most horrific eczema breakout, so i'm recalibrating my diet for a month. i've been making lots of salad and creating some amazing paleo treats, like orange choc truffles and blueberry lemon muffins! if you have any gluten & dairy free recipes i'd love to hear them.

I've accidentally developed a killer girl crush on Blair "bee" Eadie from the beautiful fashion blog atlantic-pacific. I love the aesthetic of her blog, more often than not she let's the photos/outfits speak for themselves. She also has the outfit confidence that I dream of.. she's the champion of mixing prints and colours like it's nobodies business, has some seriously glossy hair and her shoe collection is phenomenal.. who else has pink glitter loafers?

This is an exciting news post, so prepare yourself!! Ready? I have been given the most exciting opportunity to work with a breakfast radio team. It's essentially my dream job, the job I have always wanted and the start to the career that I have dreamt about for years. I've always had a passion for radio production and now I'm getting the chance to be a part of it! Beyond excited. Although the 4am starts will be interesting..

I decided to buy myself a congratulatory present in the form of a rose gold watch. I've always favoured the Marc Jacobs ones over the Michael Kors ones. Not really sure why, their aesthetic has always had a far greater appeal. I've always struggled with watches because I have incredibly small wrists thanks to my genetics, but these two have captured me. Now I'm stuck on which one to get.. so I need your help! Which one do you prefer? Top (large blade) or bottom (henry glitz)?
